Rainforest to Aurora - the World Seems Smaller
When originally designed, it was intended that the brightest area would be placed in the top right-hand corner. However, as the wall hanging developed, it became apparent that whichever way it was presented was favourable. To enable this piece to have full versatility therefore, there is a sleeve hanging on all four sides.The extra large dominant quilting is to represent the tree-roots, the creeping plant tendrils and the ever peeping sun rays.A fun piece which has been fun to design and make. Machine stitched and hand quilted.
