A block of the month programme is a method for making a quilt over a number of months whereby one section or block is made a month. The total cost of making the quilt is spread over the number of months.

Grannie's Butterlies

Finished Size - 46" by 50"

This is an applique quilt suitable for intermediate quilters and above. There are six large butterfly blocks and six small butterfly blocks together with some additional floral applique. The background fabric is a graded fabric from the Silent Inspirations collection from Hoffman and the butterflies are made with Hoffman Bali Batik fabrics.

The programme will run over 10 months. For six months each month you will be sent a pattern and the fabric to make a large butterfly block, in three of the months you will be sent the patterns and fabric to make two small butterfly blocks and in the final month you will be sent the fabric to complete the quilt top which will include some flowers. (not currently shown in the image here)

The cost per month for UK customers is £9.25. This figure includes the patterns, fabric for the blocks and border and postage. For European and Worldwide customers the price is £8.50 which is net of shipping costs. For these customers the appropriate postage will be added to the total each month.
